They service clients across Tasmania and pride themselves on providing outstanding service that exceeds expectations.
**Your new role**
As the Office Manager, your core responsibility will be to manage, support and develop the office administration functions. Your other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Providing assistance to the MD in the improvement of the business in areas such as operations, human resources, marketing and communications, finance and accounts and quality assurance.
- Updating and formatting internal documents, policies and procedures.
- Managing the day-to-day finance of the firm e.g. invoicing, banking, payroll and staff entitlements
- Ensure the business complies with relevant government legislation and WHS regulations.
- Identify and evaluate inefficiencies within the day-to-day operations of the business and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Other adhoc general administration assistance as required
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Certificate IV level qualification in Business or Administration.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero
- Proactive nature, with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to change and prioritise competing demands.
- Have an analytical mindset and enjoy problem-solving.
- Be passionate about developing others and delivering organisational change.
- Be a team player and enjoy working as part of a small team.
