About the role

This role is responsible for investigating and resolving complex customer complains which are escalated from the Customer Service team. This role requires a customer focused mindset, problem solving ability and the confidence and resilience to work on challenging cases. Investigating is a huge part of this role as you will be consulting with customers on a day-to-day basis to help resolve complaints or issues.

End to end management of escalated disputes and outstanding customer issues;
Following up on outstanding cases;
Provide feedback to relevant business units;
Provide summaries of all cases;
Maintain up to date knowledge of products, processes and procedures;
Support management to ensure appropriate documentation is maintained and reporting requirements are met

Assisting with general administrative tasks; and

Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About you

Exposure to a customer service, disputes, or resolution role with a strong customer focus;
High attention to detail;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Demonstrated organisational and prioritisation skills; and

Seeking career progression.
