**About the role**:
The position will provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge and may undertake some research and analysis activities.

**Duties**
- Provide advice, procedural guidance and administrative support to staff and stakeholders.
- Assist with research and analysis on relevant project activities.
- Build rapport and maintain stakeholder relationships to support the delivery of projects.
- Assist and support regular project reporting including status updates and exception reports. Assist in drafting project documentation for review by senior staff.

**Required experience/skills**
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Transferable administrative skills.
- Attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Desirable experience/skills**

Ability to work with a geographically diverse, hybrid team.
