**About the role**:
The APS5 Project Officer is accountable under limited supervision to undertake moderately complex to complex work. Legislation, policies, procedures, standards, methodologies and precedents guide the position.

The position is required to undertake activities and tasks using available information where options are not always evident. It will be required to perform procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks that supports and contributes to business objectives.

The position will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders and will be required to communicate with and provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex to complex enquiries.

**Duties**
- Supporting the production of regular reporting (including drafting briefs, research and policy documents) on participant insights to provide to Executive Leadership Team and other internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining and further develop the record management system for participant insights.
- Coordinating and managing actions from meetings to working across the business as needed.
- Developing and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and collaborative relationships with external stakeholders as required.

**Required experience/skills**
- Writing briefing and research documents and reports suitable for government and senior executives
- Researching and analysing data (qualitative and quantitative) to develop understanding of systemic concerns of stakeholders
- Organising and supporting meetings with internal and external stakeholders (such as scheduling, minute taking, recording of actions, and meeting follow up)
- Good organisational skills to keep track of workflow

- Experience with Government writing
- Understanding of how to create accessible documents in a range of formats
