- As a member of the Asset Management and Planning team, contribute to the growth and sustainability of Tasmania’s community infrastructure portfolio, with a particular focus on social and affordable housing, through strategic management of the Agencies assets that include the Director of Housing’s property portfolio.**S**alary**:
$ 101,705.00 to $ 115,272.00 pro rata, per annum - plus 11.0 % Superannuation

**Period of employment / Hours**:
Permanent full-time (_76.00 hours per fortnight_) day work (part-time hours may be considered by negotiation)

**Duties**:
**_ Primary Purpose / Focus :_**
- Perform high level research, planning, analysis, evaluative and reporting functions for the development of the strategic asset policy framework, community infrastructure, social housing models and services, and planning and performance frameworks.

**Skills and experience**:
Selection criteria includes**:

- Highly developed knowledge and understanding of the social housing sector and the housing system generally, including the community, local government and private sector, or relevant knowledge and experience in a related field.
- High level strategic, conceptual, analytical, and creative skills, including an ability to understand the political, social, and organisational environment, and identify relevant issues and strategies to address them.
