About the Opportunity
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as a Product Manager for Media Assets reporting into the Head of IGA Media Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading the Retail Out of Home strategy and its implementation. Integrating new assets into the IMC ecosystem. Directly driving Revenue GrowthAdditionally, you will play a key role in expanding the IGA Media Centre and Retail Media business.

Efficient delivery of new assets and channels on time, in full, on budget Ongoing delivery to success metrics of assets incl. revenue targets and controllable costs etc to drive asset growth Management of Content creation with an eye for “what good looks like” Understanding key stakeholder requirements (Retailer, Supplier, Merch team) Product delivery of new media assets into market, Ownership and growth of new assets in market, Develop and embed the appropriate processes and WOW across pillar and across teams Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Manage Partner relationships Strongly support the sales team in go to market approach, campaign planning, brief response and proposals to meet revenue objectives.You’re Likely a Match If You Have…
Demonstrated min 8+ years’ experience in agency production or operations role or media/ marketing/loyalty, preference for OOH/ outdoor company experience Retail media, retail marketing, or Media experience ideally with experience in working with independent retailers or in a Franchise environment Worked in fast paced changing environment and delivered growth Experience with Traffic management systems, platforms and processes Experience managing and delivering budgets Experience working collaboratively in a team environment Strong stakeholder engagement experienceLife at Metcash
