Digital Campaign Planning Manager

We are looking for a Campaign Manager to join for 8 months contract to manage the planning, execution and delivery of digital campaigns across IGA Rewards and Shop Online, to influence shopper behaviour resulting in increased retail sales.
The role will be responsible for the correct & timely distribution of all digital campaigns, managing the deliverables of their direct reports, creating a detailed campaign calendar across Rewards, IGA Shop Online, and in collaboration with national marketing.
You will support, co-operate, and manage multiple stakeholders to deliver offers and communications to the right shoppers at the right time, and optimise the impact on sales, supplier income and return on investment for the Digital Channels programs.
**What you’ll do**
- Manage the digital campaign team to ensure they meet their deliverables across campaign builds, send date and times, testing framework.
- Manage the workflow and planning of all campaigns ahead of time, assist in prioritising campaigns and taking ownership and accountability for maintaining an ongoing campaign calendar. - Plan in additional activity in response to regular metrics and reports, responding to any changes in shopper segments or sales results.
- Work with the Digital Campaigns, Conversion and Reporting Manager on executing campaign strategy across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with the conversion rate optimisation specialist and performance & reporting analysts to ensure KPIs are on target, on campaign results, and on ways to optimise reach for Rewards and Shop Online.
- Utilise campaign management platforms such as IBM Campaign & Segment to ensure correct customer selection and scheduling of all campaigns, and ESPs to deliver campaigns.
- Approve all campaign builds, including visual assets, links, and copy, in relation to the selected audience.
- Create insights from data to develop actionable recommendations based on product purchase behaviour, frequency, and Lifetime Value for use in planning and campaign improvements.
**What you’ll bring**
- Experience of team or people management
- Demonstrated experience delivering return on investment from marketing initiatives.
- Prior use and strong knowledge of campaign management platforms such as IBM Campaign, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.
- Working within a very dynamic and complex business environment with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Maintaining an optimal balance of shopper-led strategy with campaign and supplier driven communication requirements based on stakeholder’s individual objectives.
