**Your new role**

This exciting role will report directly to the Administration Manager and aim to provide administrative support as well as external and internal communications to our stakeholders. This is a key role as the first point of contact for the business and Redbank Depot.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Effective answering of incoming calls
- Timely and effective taking of messages for employees who are not available
- Assisting customers with general enquiries
- Greeting of customers and maintaining the reception area
- Raising and receipting of purchase orders
- General administration assistance as required
- Ensuring correct levels of stationary are maintained in the branch
- Ensuring all photocopiers, faxes etc. are maintained and in good working order
- Booking pickups for clients
- Data entry of con notes
- Liaising between clients and suppliers and drivers to ensure freight is moved in a timely manner to meet the clients requirements
- Effective use of information systems
- Data entry of scheduling tool
- Payroll data entry

**What you’ll bring**
- Experience handling a reception area
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of attention to detail
