If so, we want YOU to be a part of our team at Centurion Transport, Rocklea We are seeking a Trainee Administrator to provide administrative support to the workshop staff, for enquiries and supporting the Workshop Administration Manager in all areas of administration requirements.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members
- Gain knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes
- Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship
- Closing Work Orders
- Assisting workshop administrators with enquiries from accounts payable & receipting open purchase orders
- Liaising with enquiries from internal and external customers
- Coordinate the day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and other duties as directed by the workshop administration team

**Skills & Experience**
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Experience with Excel and Word
- Can work independently and within a team environment
- Displays an attention to detail, initiative and enthusiastic to learn
- Accurate data entry / typing
- Strong written and verbal communication
