Within this role, you will work with your own client portfolio and provide outstanding customer service to clients over the phone. You will make credit recommendations to clients so ideally you will have previously worked in some form of credit department, finance, banking or accounts where you have assisted customers over the phone. You will be assessing companies credit worthiness to trade, looking at financials and then advising clients in relation to this. This is a really interesting role
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- Service your own client portfolio
- Liaise and negotiate with clients in relation to their credit limits
- Maintain internal database with up to date information in relation to your clients
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
- Proven customer service experience/speaking to clients over the phone and providing advice
- Previous experience in Credit Admin or finance where you understand a debtor and creditor, can look at a financial etc
- Accurate typing (40wpm +)
- Intermediate skills in Word & Excel
- Can-do attitude
- Confident communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and a team player
- True desire to build a career within a busy office
- You must have completed your Senior Certificate as a minimum - degree qualifications highly regarded
- Professional presentation - enjoy working in a corporate office
