Overview

Randstad is currently recruiting experienced Administrative Professionals for a well-known and reputable State Government department located within Adelaide's CBD.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $43-55 per hour plus Super, with three pay runs per week ensuring you are always paid within the week.

As a contractor with Randstad, you will also have access to our employee assistance program services, including counseling services, as well as discounts at various retailers.

Job Description

This Administrative Professional role involves providing high-level support to executives and senior administrators, including diary management, travel bookings, credit card reconciliations, minute taking, and electronic filing.

  • Diary Management: Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Travel Bookings: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and car bookings.
  • Credit Card Reconciliations: Verify and reconcile credit card statements.
  • Minute Taking: Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings.
  • Electronic Filing: Maintain digital files and databases.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • High level Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Strong alpha and numerical data entry skills.
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • A professional phone manner.
  • A current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one.
