**What this opportunity involves**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated assistant facilities management professional, looking to work on JLL’s highly respected WoAG account. (Whole of Australian Government).
This position maintains a focus on facilities management in Leased Premises within the designated WoAG portfolio. Develop sound working relationships with key client staff. Manage the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facilities.
This position will assist the National Facilities Manager and local Facilities Manager to the deliver the full range of services to the Entities.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Partnering with the client. Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure all on site expectations are met and develop sound working relationships at all levels
Maintain a supportive culture and collaborative work environment
Management of facilities, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health, and safety standards
Recommend continuous quality improvement initiatives
Ensure the sites financial operations are meeting or exceeding targets
Limiting risk to JLL and WoAG. Confirm JLL’s operational risk management programs are maintained
Need to have outstanding client service and interpersonal skills.
You’ll be able to take direction and tackle a variety of complex issues within tight deadlines.
You’ll be goal orientated and focused on exceeding performance targets.
Also important is leadership skills and ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders to successfully deliver projects.
You must be an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our clients requirements.
You need to have your own motor vehicle.
Excellent organisation skills
Strong computer skills
Preferably AFM experience but it is not required
