The Role:

The Assistant Facilities Manager will both assist the team to manage, and own key deliverables, associated with the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property/facility, and be an on-site key point of contact for key stakeholders and/or client.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partnering with the Client/Stakeholder(s)
    • Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure that on site client's expectations are met
  • Procurement & Vendor Management
    • Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget
  • Overseeing Contracts
    • Plan and manage all contracts to ensure that they are professionally delivered at the right costs
  • Keeping an eye on the Site & Operations
    • Recommend continuous quality improvement practices and implement Industry Best Practice operations
  • Limiting Risk to JLL & the Client

What you will bring:

  • A motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to their client.
  • An engaging party who thrives on inspiring and participating with the team.
  • Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Possess a can-do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Preferred degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field &/or 3-5 years' experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field.
  • Has experience working in critical environments.
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of critical facilities.
  • Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services.
  • Has an understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system).
