We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to work with our client here in Adelaide.
This position will require the following experience and capabilities:
- General Business Administration experience.
- AP/AR
- Assistance for Payroll when the Finance Manager is on personal/carers leave.
- Assist and act as a backup resource when required for Job allocation to remote contractors when the call coordinator is on personal/carers leave.
- Sharing the taking of inbound calls.
- A good understanding of HR and Policies
- Assist the MD in some day to day activities - calendar appointments.
- Proactive Office and workflow improvements
- Assist the MD in the organisational/structural side of the business.
- Mature and balance demeanour with the ability to communicate well and embrace collaboration in the workplace.
- Highly professional in the way their work is carried out.
- Good inter-personal skills.
