**About the role**

Liebherr Head Office located in Para Hills West is seeking a suitably experienced Payroll Officer to join the team. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of accurate, effective and timely Payroll and Administrative services to Liebherr Australia and New Zealand.

**Duties**:

- Process full function payroll on a fortnightly basis
- Data entry; new starters, terminations, payroll deductions, time-sheets, leave requests
- Reconciliation, general maintenance, Superannuation and Portable LSL calculations
- Interpretation of EBA and Award employment conditions
- Employee pay queries, audit(s), filing, archiving employee pay/personnel details
- End of month reporting

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated Payroll experience essential
- Certificate III Business Administration highly regarded
- Proven ability with Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail with high volume processing accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an inquisitive approach
- Able to develop relationships with key stakeholders at all business levels
- Demonstrated proficiency with SAP Success Factors Employee Central HRIS & Payroll
