**About the Academic/Professional Unit**
UniSA STEM links engineering, mathematics, science, defence and cybersecurity, environmental science, aviation, information technology, construction and project management, harnessing the connections across disciplines to bring big ideas to fruition. **Essential Skills and Experience**
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Experience leading a team in a complex service environment, and driving its performance and positive contribution to workplace culture
- Demonstrated experience working in a senior administrative position in a complex service environment, including leading a team in the provision of superior quality customer service
- High level verbal and interpersonal and problem solving skills including experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to provide advice and recommendations to senior staff
- High level writing skills appropriate to prepare briefings and/or reports based on self-initiated or directed research, investigation and analysis for a wide range of audiences
