You are a senior administrator with experience in a complex service environment, including leading and managing a team to provide superior quality customer service. You have excellent communication skills along with highly developed writing, research and analytical skills.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Program Services Manager: UniSA Education Futures, you will be responsible for managing the full range of academic administrative activities and processes that support the development and delivery of programs and courses and the research activities. You will be the key reference point for academic administration and a conduit between the Academic Unit and Central Units.
