We are seeking a reliable and proactive Building Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our buildings. As a Building Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and cleanliness of the premises, as well as managing vendor contracts and building maintenance schedules.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
- Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, including obtaining quotes and negotiating contracts.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests and concerns, addressing issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and expenditures.
- Monitor building security systems and procedures to ensure the safety of tenants and property.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in building management or facility maintenance preferred.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
