**T**he Opportunity**

This position is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-project activities relating to the successful delivery of Property and Facility projects and ongoing facilities maintenance.

The role will work across all of Centurion’s existing sites and in coordination with our external property group, will ensure proper maintenance and ongoing facilities management is attained. The role will play a major part in ensuring all new sites are operationally ready on completion of construction. This will include tenancy fit outs and system set ups. The role will integrate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure a Centurion standard site is achieved.

The role will meet and communicate regularly with internal business stakeholders and leaders and will work closely with relevant technical consultants and contractors to meet required standards. This role will work collaboratively with business unit client representatives, other internal partners such as Business Operations, HSEQ, IT, Procurement, HR, and Communications.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate all of Centurion’s existing sites and in conjunction with our external property group, ensure proper maintenance and ongoing facilities management is attained.
- Responsible for project managing and coordinating more complex real estate projects and programs through all phases of initiation, design, implementation, and start-up.
- Responsible for the operational readiness of all new sites prior to completion.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
- Support the preparation of detailed construction cost estimates and documentation for project funding approvals.
- Coordinate project teams with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Develop and control program and/or project schedules, activities, and budgets.
- Manage all project communication including status and progress reporting.
- Oversee the vendor selection and performance management process for consultants, contractors, and other outside vendors (Including local councils)
- Based on the requirements of each project - work closely with key stakeholders to educate, develop communications relating to changes of future workplace and cultural aspirations.

**Skills & Experience**
- Ability to work both independently and to supervise consultants and contractors
- Demonstrated skills in managing projects and budgets to meet time and resource requirements
- 5+ years Facilities Management experience or experience relevant to the running and management of commercial premises.
- Business Degree preferred, not essential
- Experience in Project Management
