**Your Role**

At Atlas Copco, we are teaming up with our customers daily to turn industrial ideas into smart connected air and gas solutions and leading edge compressed air technology. Our passionate people, expertise and service bring sustainable value to industries everywhere.

We need a Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Blacktown to help realize our vision of “first in mind, first in choice."

As the Human Resources Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our team in end-to-end HR processes with a key focus on learning administration and coordination of our wellbeing and engagement activities.

**To succeed, you will need**
- Recent graduate or nearing completion of a relevant degree in HR OR 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on learning administration preferrable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Knowledge of HRIS systems advantageous
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
- The capability to navigate complex environments and think outside the box
- Outstanding communication skill with the Ability to work independently and as part of a team
