As an integral part of the wider HR team, you will provide advice and support to managers on a full range of HR/ER/IR operational matters across the business.

**The Position**
- Oversee the implementation of WHSMS for onsite health and safety.
- Assist in the Return-to-Work process and ensure compliance with Injury Management Plans.
- Provide support and advice on employment-related matters.
- Support managers and staff on counselling and disciplinary procedures.
- Facilitate employee incentive programs and Reward & Recognition initiatives.
- Coordinate Performance Review & Development processes.
- Implement innovative induction programs for new employees.
- Handle recruitment activities for Operational staff.
- Coordinate induction programs and liaise with relevant staff.
- Review and update policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training courses and stay informed on legislative changes.
- Provide regular HR metrics reports.
- HR tertiary qualifications or related discipline.
- Demonstrated HR generalist experience with a working knowledge of FWA and regulatory bodies associated with Employment Law.
- Previous experience in an operations/ manufacturing environment an advantage.
- WHS experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, coupled with the ability to be hands-on, innovative, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Assertiveness, drive, tenacity, and a "can-do" attitude.
