The Customer Outcomes team is part of Group Customer Advocacy and Vulnerability (GCAV) within Customer and Community Advocacy (CCA).

GCAV is the voice of our customers and communities making sure they're heard, understood and treated fairly - particularly those in vulnerable circumstances.

The Customer Outcomes team brings strong customer voice to product governance, risk and change activities across the Group and discovers new ways to improve access and fairness for customers through data analysis and independent research.

**In this role**

This role will support the GCAV team with operational reporting and strategic data and analysis tasks.

As a highly skilled and experienced data practitioner, you will work very closely with other members of the Customer Outcomes team to analyse, discover and visualize a number of data sources - supporting teams across GCAV.

Other duties will include:

- Acquiring and analysing data sources - including GDW (Teradata) and Omnia (Hadoop)
- Working closely with the Next Chapter and Community Wellbeing team to build reporting and improve business and customer outcomes
- Conducting desktop research to support GCAV's Own Motion Inquiry and Diagnostics work program and support identification of new/emerging issues relevant to GCAV's areas of customer focus
- Developing presentations to support delivery of the team's insights to leaders across the Group

**We're interested in hearing from people who have**
- Previous experience in a role requiring data acquisition, analysis and presentation activity
- High level of proficiency and extensive experience in SQL and data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience in building/maintaining operational reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
