**Claims Support Administrator**
**Rate: $342 / Day + Super**
**Contract: 6-month ongoing contract**
**Days: Mon - Fri**
**Location: Gosford**

Hays have partnered with a government organisation who are focused on supporting the long-term care needs of businesses, people and communities of NSW. They are currently looking for an experienced Claims Support Administrator to join their established team in Gosford
**Your new role**
As a Claims Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Provide a range of general administrative support, including record management, meeting/event coordination, travel arrangements, etc.
- Management of claims system and ensuring processing of invoices, claims and reimbursements
- Collect and compile information to prepare documentation and correspondence
- Undertake complex payment coding and interpretation of invoices
- Update and maintain records and databases
- Provide customer support and process enquiries, escalating/redirecting when required
- Undertake entry-level case management activities when required
- Ensure compliance with agency standards and procedures
**What you'll need to succeed**
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new programs and learn quickly
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to meet KPI's and communicate opportunities for improvement
- Experience in data entry / payroll is desirable but not essential
