**Your new role**

Your new role as General Manager will involve
- Delivering high quality business strategies and plans for the department ensuring their alignment with the short-term and long-term objectives of the organisation
- Provide strong and clear leadership in the education and innovation department, ensuring high quality and innovative service
- Seeking out new opportunities for funding from government bodies to be able to provide services for their industries
- Managing team and the delivery of projects from start to finish
- Lead and motivate the team to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing team.
- Ensure appropriate resourcing of personnel and other resources to carry out the work of the department

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- A proven experience and track record as a Senior Executive
- Knowledge and experience across the healthcare landscape, including health systems, policy, practice, innovation and reform
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
