**Customer Care Representative**

The Animal Referral Hospital Homebush is a leading veterinary facility dedicated to providing high-quality and compassionate care to pets. We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of ensuring the well-being of animals.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for pet owners during their visits to our hospital.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone.
- Schedule appointments and manage the reception area.
- Provide information about our services, policies, and procedures.
