Our client continues to grow as it supports Australians with a disability to live their lives with independence. Offering both Plan Management and Support Services to NDIS participants who are currently looking for Customer Service Specialists to join their team, we are specialists in delivering a high level of customer service to assist and empower their customers.

**The Role**:

- Provide information and explain the benefits of **Plan Management** and **NDIS** requirements
- Triage problems, determine the cause, and provide the best solution
- Build and **maintain a sustainable relationship** of trust through open and empathetic communication
- Follow and adhere to** communication procedures, guidelines, and procedures**

**About You**:

- MUST BE an** Australian Citizenship or PR**:

- Experience in a call centre or **phone-based** customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High **attention to detail** and excellent** organisational skills**:

- Ability to provide an **empathetic** and **understanding** approach
- A problem solver, who loves a challenge
