Working on a growing multi-site industrial portfolio in Victoria, a highly-skilled, down-to-earth Facilities Manager and Senior Property Manager will mentor you. Working on behalf of a premium client, you immerse yourself in a dynamic and high-performing asset class that will see your career flourish._**

**Assisting in managing operations across a portfolio of 11 industrial assets in Victoria, you will be responsible for the following**:

- Managing compliance and risk and ensuring that risk hazards are rectified and incoming contractors are compliant and have the appropriate licenses
- Regularly inspecting the assets and infrastructure to determine the extent, priority and safety aspects of any required repair work.
- Ensuring implementation, maintenance and data upload of the client-specific computerised Maintenance System, incident management systems and other information databases
- Conducting implementation and maintenance of fire and essential services and other safety and environmental initiatives
- Assisting with stakeholder management and ensuring any client or tenant queries are resolved
- Conducting preparation of tender and contract documentation, including obtaining tender pricing and budgeting for all works and services on the property for any upcoming Capital Works
- Carrying out general administrative duties and supporting the property and facilities team

**Your Skillsets/Background**:
**As this is a unique role, we are looking for someone with energy, drive and willingness to learn and develop professionally.**

**More importantly, we require**:

- A professional who is interested in immersing themselves in the industrial sector with a long-term career view
- Between 1-5 years of property/facilities services experience - tertiary qualifications highly regarded
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to pick up new systems
- Foundational knowledge of facilities services, including budgeting, compliance, and planned/reactive maintenance
- Good sense of humour and a team-oriented approach.
- Own car and clean driver's licence
