During a time of transformation in the people space, our client is sourcing a passionate People and Culture Advisor to join their Brisbane office.

**The Role**
Reporting into the People and Culture Manager and forming an integral part of the People and Culture team, this advisory position will work closely with business leaders to give guidance on all Human Resources matters. As first point of contact you will liaise and work with key stakeholders in the business to understand and advise on matters including recruitment, systems, retention and engagement, safety and employee relations. This role will also give you the opportunity to collaborate with the business and people team on projects and employee initiatives. This is a varied role where you can have immediate impact in the business to help drive employee experience and engagement.
- Advise across the employee lifecycle, including people-related transactions, initiatives, and projects.
- Provide excellent support and response to business enquiries across all levels.
- Develop and support leaders on training and development needs, policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation and continued management of the HRIS.

You will be confident in your ability to coordinate and support across the employee lifecycle and bring an eagerness to learn and develop your People and Culture career.

You will also have:

- Strong technical understanding of all aspects of Human Resources, including Learning and Development, Remuneration, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Engagement and Safety.
- A commercial approach to decision making, the desire to continuously achieve and the ability to manage competing demands.
- The ability to work collaboratively, be innovative, inspire others and build trust.
