JLG Industries are seeking an experienced Payroll & Finance Analyst for a full time role based in our Regents Park Office.

This role will have full responsibility for the payroll function for both Australia and New Zealand, motor vehicle leasing, Finance reporting and analysis; Concur expense process, Insurance and assist with banking and month end accounting.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
- Payroll_
- Own and manage the Payroll Function for both Australia and NZ
- Ensure all deadlines are met
- Understand both Australia and NZ payroll law, policy and procedures and ensure these are followed
- Follow up and resolve on queries and issues
- Payroll Tax duties and other payroll compliance including workers compensation payments and
- annual review
- Prepare month end journals and reports.
- Reconcile all payroll related general ledger accounts on monthly basis
- Motor Fleet_
- Liaise with Lease companies
- Allocating tax invoice to appropriate cost centres
- Organise and manage lease contracts
- Manage insurance claims
- Monitor Motor fleet KPI’s
- Produce and circulate reports
- Finance Reporting and Analysis_
- Daily and Regular month end reporting
- Liaise with DT Business Analyst Lead in System improvements
- Be involved in Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist Finance Support Manager in Month end efficiency improvements

**To Be success for this position, must have**:

- Finance Degree qualification or equivalent
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
- MUST have experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Previous experience in managing and reconciling expenses
- Experience managing and liaising with insurance companies & HSEQ team members
- MUST have an attention to detail
- Be a good team player
