Our client is Australia's leading distributor of quality sound and vision equipment, ranging from home cinemas to professional and broadcast requirements for the country's television and recording networks.

**The role**:
**Duties will include**:

- Handling of support calls from clients to resolve technical issues.
- Maintenance of support database.
- Provide hands-on support to the rest of the Technical Services Group as required.
- Talk to overseas suppliers to resolve customer issues.
- Assist in pre-sales support, including preparation of systems for demos, sales and trade shows.

**To be successful you will be**:

- Be technically, mechanically and methodically minded
- Have excellent listening, documentation and communication skills
- Be computer literate with intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Have outstanding customer service skills
- High level of general problem solving skills
- Able to self manage as well as work within a team environment, must be a self-starter
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- High level of people skills, ability to interact with staff across all levels
- Ideally have a passion for Audio and Music
