Due to an exciting growth phase, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader in disability to join our Client Experience team in Geelong. Our Office is based in the centre of Geelong, with regular travel in the community.

The Disability Services Manager, also known as the Client Experience Manager, plays a crucial role in the Client Experience Team. As a key member of the team, the role focuses on leading and developing a team of high-performing Support Workers whilst providing an excellent end-to-end client experience at Nextt.

**About You**

Your portfolio consists of a caseload of clients in the community. You'll coach and support your team to meet the needs, wants, and aspirations of our participants. With this in mind, we ask that:

- You are a competent leader with exceptional people management skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a results-driven approach to solving problems.
- You have a track record of achieving success for clients.
- Can collaborate effectively with others.
- Possess experience in the disability sector. Experience in Supported Independent Living and the NDIS is preferred, but not essential.
- You are skilled at navigating various systems and proficient in adhering to established protocols.
