HomeCaring, a NDIS registered provider, is a team of home care professionals that is dedicated to offering comprehensive and compassionate care in disability, aged care, and dementia care, as well as helpful support services, to all clients who come to rely on us.

**Disability Service Manager**

We’re seeking an experienced operational manager to oversee our service operations related to NDIS and manage staff training. You will
- Facilitate, implement, supervise to ensure the safety and efficiency of the organisation;
- Monitor and mentor staff in order to provide high performance and quality of service delivery
- Create and send reports to the Director of Operations
- Maintains strongs working relationship with client, stakeholders and relevant networks group to update and develop a transperancy and resourceful provider to consumer.
- Coordinate staff schedules, training and onboarding

Applicants will also need to demonstrate:

- Must has successful completion of a Tertiary degree/post grad in Social Work, Disability, Community Service, Psychology or related discipline.
- Must have relevant experience of Support Coordination for high complex needs case, and comprehensive understanding of NDIS.
- Agreement with Home Caring values
- a cover letter that addresses the key criteria in the Position Description
- a current CV
- and any other supporting material (e.g. portfolio of work)

**Salary is dependent on skills and experience.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

- SOUTH GEELONG, VIC 3220: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- NDIS and CDC: 3 years (required)
- Social and Community: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
