We currently have a terrific opportunity for a Property Administration Officer to join our Property Operations team.
About this Role
As the Property Administration Officer, you will undertake a range of administrative and customer service support functions to the Property and Commercial Team and assist in managing Council's asset management system and Title Register in respect of property.
This role offers plenty of variety and will allow you to work as part of a small team, working collaboratively with the Coordinator Property Operations.
The position objectives also include:
- Completing data entry, information provision and reporting requirements in a timely manner, including the maintenance of departmental resources, and data analysis.
About You
For this position, we are seeking an individual with demonstrated administrative experience and the ability to communicate effectively and provide accurate information to internal and external stakeholders.
You'll also need:
- High level of interest and commitment to property management, governance and other administrative functions along with a knowledge of relevant legislation or ability to develop this knowledge quickly.
- Ability to ensure that methods and procedures are generally established, documented, monitored, and appropriately followed.
- Demonstrated written skills including the ability to produce routine correspondence and reports as directed.
- Ability to enter large volumes of data accurately and efficiently and analyse entered data for consistency.
- Demonstrated ability to plan own work schedule, set priorities and organise timeframes to meet the team objectives.
