Administrations Assistant

Our client, a large manufacturer in the Morwell area is seeking a highly capable “Office All-Rounder”, with strong administration skills and general bookkeeping.
The role entails:
- _**General administration and data entry**_
- _**Bookkeeping and some general accounts work**_
- _**Answering phones and directing calls to key people in the business**_
- _**General computer work as required**_
To be successful in obtaining this role, you will have.
- _**Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft office.**_
- _**Accounts knowledge**_
- _**Xero computer package knowledge**_
- _**Great phone manner**_
- _**Ability to multi-task and prioritise jobs**_
This position is for **5** days per week and the hours are 9am - 3pm.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $32.50 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Morwell, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
