**Role Snapshot**:
Highly visible role within rapid growth, multi-site, ASX100 healthcare organisation with head office on the North Shore.

Lead a service desk team of 17 across NSW, reporting to a highly experienced National Service Delivery Manager who will develop and mentor you.

Challenge ways of working, drive automation, uplift ITIL best practices and promote Shift Left thinking.

Focus on improvement of standards, processes, documentation, SLA's, reporting, visibility and metrics.

**Salary**: $180,000 + superannuation.

**Your new role**:
Due to this continued growth and digital uplift program, a need has arisen for a talented and dynamic NSW Service Delivery Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You'll be responsible for managing all day-to-day operational aspects to ensure availability and quality of the respective NSW sites IT infrastructure, including local area and wide area networks (voice/data), operating platforms and all associated servers and hardware, whilst providing excellent IT support for those sites.

**Additionally, you'll**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with each site's leadership, communicating any IT developments, understanding any sites issues and jointly working through any IT initiatives.

Build and maintain strong internal relationships to understand brownfield/greenfield site developmenets within NSW and provide IT advice and project management of the IT services component of all site developments.

Provide analysis and status reports to the IT group detailing progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations in regards to IT services and the current/future needs for training, hardware and software at each site; and

Perform asset lifecycle management of an IT assets in NSW sites.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar Service Delivery Manager, Service Desk Manager or IT Support Manager role, ideally within a large and complex business. You will have managed small to medium sized teams in the past and be excellent at creating and documenting policies and procedures. You will be a custodian of ITIL (ideally certified) and have extensive experience in driving ITIL best practice methodology in your previous roles. You will have strong vendor and change management skills and enjoy providing guidance and support in IT decision making processes.

Strong business partnering and problem-solving skills;
