**The role and what we are looking for**
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
- Support the administration of the platform's OOTB CMS and CCM software
- Perform systems analysis and functional testing as needed
- Creation & Maintenance of scripts/tooling to automate procedures and workflows
- Monitor & respond to system alerts and notifications
- After house and weekend work may be required occasionally
- Participation on the On-Call support roster may be required
- Understanding of hosting websites & web-apis on Microsoft IIS
- Ability to code in any scripting technology, such as PowerShell or JavaScript
- A good understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Tertiary qualifications including TAFE Certificate or University degree within IT is desirable
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification is desirable
