**About the role**

Core to the Amplar strategy is substantial growth in our hospital substitution, hospital avoidance and clinical home care delivery. The Head of Amplar Home Health role will be vital to our strategic ambition of integrated care across a broad range of clinical needs, as we build towards becoming Australia’s most prominent Hospital in the Home service provider.

**Your impact**

In this role, you will deliver the strategic, operational and financial plans for Amplar’s in home clinical care. You will make healthcare more personal and improve the quality of life for our customers, people like John, Judith and Roger.

This clinical role, leading a large national team of multi-disciplinary clinicians and support employees, will devise and deliver tactical and strategic initiatives aligned to the strategy, for both public and private programs across the business, as set by the Senior Executive of Health Operations, and the Amplar Health Leadership Team.

The Head of Amplar Home Health will drive a culture of customer centricity, continuous improvement and operational excellence, whilst playing an active role to optimise business growth and foster a collaborative culture putting our employees first.

**What we’re looking for**

We’re on the search for a clinical leader who can lead by example and is passionate about making an impact to their team and community it serves. You will have extensive knowledge of the healthcare sector and have experience delivering healthcare programs in a range of settings.

With exceptional people leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, you will be able to drive innovative operational effectiveness initiatives and effortlessly manage competing priorities.
