The Opportunity
To better support the prevention ambition for Medibank, Amplar Health's Prevention Hub has recently been established.

  • Lead endtoend analysis to inform Amplar Health's prevention programs strategy
  • Drive analyses by formulating and prioritising key analytical questions.
  • Identify, procure, and maintain relevant datasets.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive actionable insights.
  • Synthesise and communicate findings to influence decisionmaking.


Reporting into the Prevention Squad Lead, you also will be working closely with other members of the prevention squad/hub, Health operations, Business development, Marketing, customer experience, Frontline teams, Tech & Ops including digital amongst other stakeholders.


For the right person, the role could be based anywhere with flexibility to work in the office or from home as needed.

About You

  • Key to this role is someone with extensive experience in analysis and insights, with proficiency in a range of analytical tools and platforms including excel, SAS, Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
  • Excellent capabilities working with large and complex datasets.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights to inform decisionmaking.
  • Excellent project management and prioritisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
  • Selfstarter approach in driving for outcomes.
