**Overview**

This role manages the strategic relationships with key Empirics clients, focusing on client retention and engagement, while also ensuring clients receive a consistent and comprehensive level of support. In addition, you will lead and close cross-selling opportunities with existing clients and pursue new business opportunities. By working closely with Data, Data Science and Analytics teams, you will identify, articulate and ultimately solve business problems using data.

**Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities**
- Provide guidance and consultancy for internal and external clients, focusing on identifying and articulating a problem, translating research, data science and analytics into measurable business outcomes or opportunities, and identifying associated strategies to implement change.
- Facilitation of client workshops, articulate use cases and produce SOW's and BRD's accurately reflecting the problem/solution framework, the supporting use cases and the execution where appropriate
- Proactively drive cross-selling of Empirics products across all clients nationally and pursuing new business opportunities with the account managers & sales staff
- Day-to-day management of Empirics key client relationships, ensuring adherence to the engagement framework.
- Collaboration and liaison with internal teams, including within the Link Group, to ensure we are continually optimising our products and services.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
- Support Link Group assurance programs that deliver effective risk management and compliance practices

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Tertiary qualification in Social Science, Science, Economics, Finance or Management demonstrating a strong understanding and working knowledge of statistics and translating academic research. Anthropology, Psychology or Behavioural Economics would be highly regarded.
- A minimum 2 years’ experience in consulting team
- Ability to engage and negotiate comfortably with C-level stakeholders
- Innovation and creative thinking, tempered with commercial acumen
- Ability to manage multiple project and priorities across the department and the business
- Excellent grasp of technology and the ability to distil complex information into concise and actionable plans
- Strong consulting ability to translate client desires into solutions
- Strong presentation, communication and public speaking skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage client expectations
- Approach work with enthusiasm, positivity and resilience
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks and projects
- Highly organised and flexible, with a desire for excellence and attention to detail
- A willingness to assist with tasks outside core responsibilities as required
- Generous in sharing time and knowledge with colleagues
- Outstanding communication skills to handle customer enquiries in a friendly, patient, efficient and courteous manner
- The ability to prioritise and respond to customers in an efficient manner
