We have a newly created opportunity within the IDP Connect APAC team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, APAC, the Head of Client Partnerships will lead a team of experienced Client Directors in the development and growth of our strategic partnerships across all revenue lines within the IDP Connect portfolio including Digital Marketing (DM) orders, IQ orders, Student Placement Renewals and Fastlane engagement.

This is a high profile, key client facing role and will also play a supporting role informing our external relations strategy and client advisory panels and aiding the objective of client co-creation as part of IDP's global strategy.

Whilst this is a leadership role and you will support and coach your team to provide best practice go-to-market plans, sales, and client engagement, you will also manage your own key client list in a hands-on capacity.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- A mix of sales leadership experience in the education sector (student recruitment or partnerships) as well some broader industry experience gained from other highly commercial environments.
- Experience in developing and executing on commercial strategy including identifying and developing new solutions, products and services to support revenue growth;
- Outstanding stakeholder relationship and engagement capabilities, including experience establishing and growing strategic client relationships;
- Strong people and team leadership skills with the ability to ignite passion and harness a high performance culture
- Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills, with the proven ability to manage large, complex commercial contracts and build trusted partnerships; and
- Outstanding commercial acumen, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

This position can be located in either Melbourne or Sydney.
