**POSITION PURPOSE**

At IDP Education, we're seeking a results-driven CRO Specialist to support us with the conversion rate optimisation of the digital customer journeys for our two fantastic global brands; IELTS and IDP Education Student Placement.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of leading efforts to expand our booking rates, our Lead Generation activities and to help make our customer experiences even more seamless for our students and test takers worldwide.

We are in the process of launching new websites and ecommerce systems as well as optimising conversion across a digital platform that emcompasses 100 million users a dn 2 million app downloads a year. On offer is an **Contract** role based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Melbourne.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Conversion rate optimisation strategy***
- Developing and executing innovative data-driven strategies to optimise conversion rates across our key brands
- Using tracking tools to identify opportunities for improvement and implement tests that enhance user engagement and boost conversion rates
- Working closely with Product, Marketing, Tech and Analytics teams to deliver suggested changes to our booking / lead gen journeys and then test them across our global websites / apps.
- Communicating strategic insights and recommendations with stakeholders at all levels

**CRO Implementation***
- Establishing new internal standard operating procedures to drive CRO within the business
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of key CRO journey improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Tech and Analytics teams to assist in launching any change.
- Monitor performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to understand and improve upon those implementations

**Global Collaboration**
- Collaborate with global, regional and country team leads to share best practice, test learnings and understand from them, regional nuances that may be important to the performance of our channels in their markets.
- Establish and manage processes and workflows to document / convey changes with your network peers. Ensuring that we communicate changes / learnings broadly so that they can be repurposed globally.

**Customer First**
- Understand our IELTS and IDP Student Placement customer needs across our digital platforms to assist in conversion rate optimisation across our websites and apps.
- Utilise existing forums such as customer labs to (where necessary) test potential solutions to understand the strongest options for implementation.

**Analytics and Reporting**
- Ensure there is the correct data to continually improve the outcomes with the help of our Global Analytics team.
- Setting up a best practice structure for test and learns that can be extended ongoing globally.
- Monitor and track goals/changes to completion.
- Monitor, measure and report on CRO performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- A minimum of 4 years proven experience with onsite conversion rate optimisation.
- Sound knowledge of digital marketing channels
- Excellent project management skills with an understanding of Agile principles
- The ability to negotiate with stakeholders at all levels to achieve CRO objectives
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and A|B testing tools
- Experience designing and developing new CRO processes within a business
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce outcomes for projects led by your research and strategy
- Experience conducting CRO audits to assist Product, Marketing and Tech teams in ensuring CRO best practices
- Experience monitoring end to end journeys and preparing performance analysis reports to identify areas of opportunity
