As Operations Manager, APAC, you will contribute to the achievement of the Telix's commercial and strategic goals by developing Asia Pacific manufacturing and operational plans for the Group's clinical and commercial assets, in collaboration with the Director of Operations - APAC and Group Chief Operations Officer. You will play a key role in ensuring robust APAC production, supply chain, logistics and distribution to support current clinical and commercial development of Telix's assets.

**What you'll do**
- Oversee regional manufacturing activities for Telix's assets
- Support regional logistics, supply chain and distribution capability for clinical assets to support clinical programs and commercial launch assets within budget and meeting required quality standards.
- Ensure IT infrastructure and data management policies support the region's needs, including for security, privacy, cyber security and general business connectivity across the Group's global operations
- Work collaboratively with country managers where appropriate to deliver projects and sub-projects within the programmes
- Support the commercial and business development activities of the Director of Operations - APAC and Group COO and/or country managers as directed.
- Collaborate with and assist Directors of R&D, Medical, Quality and Regulatory functions as required to deliver against the Group's corporate goals.
- Budget development and management.

**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations management, with a focus on radiopharmaceuticals preferred.
- Strong understanding of radiation safety principles and regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex operational projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to effectively navigate regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
