**Position Title**: Sales Support and Administration Specialist
**Location**: Darlinghurst
**Employment Type**: Part-Time (3-4 days per week, on-site, salary will be pro-rated based on hours)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Support and Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team.

**Position Summary**:
The Sales Support and Administration Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and design team and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- Assist in preparing sales presentations and materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices and follow up on payments
- Placing orders with vendors and ensuring timely shipment and delivery

**Installation Coordination**:

- Schedule and organise installations, ensuring all necessary resources and personnel are available.
- Organise any required transportation, such as booking Ubers and hiring trucks
- Ensure all details of the installation have been communicated to all relevant parties
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure installations are completed on time and to client satisfaction.

**Meeting Room Setup**:

- Prepare meeting rooms for client visits, sales presentations, and team meetings.
- Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available and functioning properly.
- Arrange refreshments and other requirements as needed.

**Administrative Activities**:

- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in organizing company events

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Proficiency in Google products (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in a furniture or interior design related industry would be highly desired

**Work Schedule**:

- Part-time, 3-4 days per week.
- This is a fully on site position
