The Assistant Workplace Manager plays a pivotal role within our Workplace Management Services Team on site with our client partner. This role works closely with the Workplace Manager and National Workplace Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional tenancy support and uphold the highest standards of workplace efficiency and productivity. This position requires a proactive approach to service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction while adhering to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Supervise the delivery of the corporate/workplace support services with particular focus on space management, meeting room use and space presentation.
- Deliver best-in-class client and employee workplace experiences.
- Oversee day to day operational aspects of Service Desk operations, mail room, events, and reception.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the tenancy.
- Ensure the delivery of contracted Workplace services in line with SLAs/KPIs.
- Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service satisfaction and strategic delivery of operational requirements
- Support to develop a vibrant and prominent workplace management services team which demonstrates proactivity, responsiveness, flexibility, and engagement.
- Accountable for the immaculate presentation of the workplace. Continuous monitoring of the space, equipment and furnishings while supporting the team who deliver this service.
- Alignment in operational considerations across varied client requirements, showing the Team the way forward through organisational effectiveness and integration in conjunction with the National Team Lead.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality operations, facilities services management or premium service environments.
- Proven record of supervising and leading teams within a corporate environment with service excellence.
- Experience in engaging with business leaders, VIP Clients, and industry professionals.
- Ability to manage time, competing priorities and multiple outcomes to the highest quality.
- Experience in working on outsourced contracts, delivery against structured SLAs & KPIs and governance framework.
- Personable and enthusiastic nature, genuine passion for providing an elevated service and ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
