Hader Clinic Queensland's treatment focus is to support individuals to move from alcohol and other drug use to abstinence. While abstinence is the goal, Hader Clinic Queensland also aims to support those individuals to become fully functional members of their family and the broader community.

Hader Clinic Queensland offers intensive treatment programs incorporating a 25 bed private hospital for detox and withdrawal and a 40 bed residential rehabilitation facility located north of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. To sustain long term recovery, Hader Clinic Queensland has a range of aftercare treatment options.

Hader Clinic QLD requires an experienced Accounts Superstar to undertake all accounting functions across 2 companies.

**What you bring?**
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Payroll Experience
- Advanced MYOB and Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work with mínimal supervision

- Ability to work effectively and meet end of month deadlines

- Knowledge of health fund contracts highly regarded
- Must have own transport to travel to the hospital / rehab as required
- It is a condition of employment that you are also fully vaccinated against COVID19

**Duties**
- Process payroll/Superannuation payments for Private Hospital and Rehab employees
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Processing hospital billing
- Processing Medicare claiming
- Reviewing bills and claims for accurate information
- Entering data into the company’s database
- Maintaining and protecting employee payrolls
- Maintaining all staff and patient files in the company’s database
- Preparing billing reports, remittance reports and other documents as required
- Identifying and resolving problems and inaccuracies in data entries
- Validating patient’s health fund coverage
- Reconciling health fund payments
- Liaising with health funds, third parties and patients
- Interpreting health fund contracts
- Client cash and providing weekly reports to support workers

**Education**
- Previous bookkeeping / accounting experience
- Experience with hospital accounts highly desirable
- Experience with Medicare accounts highly desirable
- Experience with health fund contracts highly desirable

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
