- Manage the fleet of 300+ plant and vehicles across Council’s business.

The Coordinator Fleet and Urban Maintenance portfolio provides an exciting opportunity to develop and implement Council’s annual fleet replacement program, while supporting a team of experienced leaders to deliver exceptional service in fleet and urban infrastructure maintenance. You will see the fruits of your labour every time you travel through Baw Baw’s towns and villages. You will play a key role in ensuring the continuity of the many Council services which rely on sound fleet management practices.

**About the Role**

The Coordinator Fleet and Urban Maintenance provides supportive leadership to a team of 16 professionals looking after the maintenance of Council’s fleet assets and urban infrastructure such as signage, street furniture, sealed footpaths, stormwater drainage and public amenities. In addition, the role is responsible for the procurement and disposal of Council’s fleet of motor vehicles, plant and equipment, with a focus on business improvement to ensure an efficient and cost-effective service is provided to the organisation and community.
