- With several Flavorite sites located across Victoria, this role is based at our Warragul location which currently employs up to 550 employees._

**The role**

Reporting directly to the Blueberry Grower, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of the Blueberry team to ensure the quality and KPI’s are achieved.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Management of team
- Undertake picking and crop care tasks to KPIs
- Assist Blueberry Grower by checking quality of tasks completed throughout the fields
- Operate ATV and spray units
- Make fertiliser mix to specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic repairs on all equipment
- Assist with implementation of growing strategy relating to irrigation, crop care, IPM and Picking
- Assist with the management of IPM monitoring and reporting
- Undertake crop registration
- Assist Supervisors in other crops during low season
- Undertake Blueberry Grower role during periods of absence
