**Support a Passionate Team**

We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our exceptional People & Culture team. This is a.6 part-time position working 4 days per week based in our modern, open plan central office at Kedron. Hours are flexible within our operational time of 6:00am to 5:00pm, including doing school hours shifts.

As the TA Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition team helping us achieve the broader goal of attracting exceptional people to support C&K to deliver its vision of being a place where every child flourishes. This is a ‘hands-on’ position and will have as its main responsibility reception duties, support of our 6 Talent Partners and wider administration for the team.

**Key accountabilities**
- **Recruitment**: Supporting with tasks such as interview scheduling or templating contracts.
- **Projects**:Providing administrative support for a wide variety of projects.
- **Compliance**:Carry out data entry duties for a wide range of staff compliance information.
- **Financial**:Support with the invoice management and credit card reconciliation.

**Joining our Family**

This role will suit an experienced administrative professional who brings exposure to people-focused administration. While recruitment or HR knowledge is not necessary, it be will be highly regarded.

You will bring efficiency, proactivity and the ability to be quick on your feet supporting the team as needs arise day-to-day. Confidence with diverse software programs will be essential, with the capacity to utilise a variety of systems to deliver your daily duties.

You will need to hold or be willing to obtain;
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one
- (we will cover the cost of both)
- Any administrative qualifications will be highly regarded, though not essential.
- All C&K employees are required to have obtained the 1st and 2nd doses of immunisation to COVID-19 as a condition of employment._
