Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Internal Talent Administrator to enhance our Group Talent function. This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment and onboarding processes across all our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct talent reporting utilizing Excel
- Oversee the approval process and manage workforce planning
- Prepare and deliver induction presentations
- Manage job advertisements
- Screen potential candidates
- Engage in strategic searches and candidate pooling via online platforms
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including contract management and compliance checks
- Coordinate candidate management and interview scheduling
- Administer the Group Talent Inbox
- Collaborate with the Group Head of Talent to enhance onboarding practices
- Assist in the integration of new acquisitions into the workforce
- Participate in key talent initiatives focusing on Learning and Development, Employee Experience, and Candidate Experience
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Internal Recruitment
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Capable of working both collaboratively and independently
