Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Talent Administrator to enhance our Group Talent function. This role will be pivotal in supporting our Talent Acquisition efforts across all brands, focusing on the recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate talent reports utilizing Excel
  • Oversee the approval workflow and manage the workforce strategy
  • Deliver induction presentations
  • Coordinate job advertisements
  • Screen potential candidates
  • Conduct strategic searches and candidate pooling through various online platforms
  • Facilitate onboarding processes, including contract management and compliance checks
  • Manage candidate scheduling for interviews
  • Administer the Group Talent Inbox
  • Collaborate with the Group Head of Talent to enhance onboarding practices
  • Support the integration of new acquisitions into the Group
  • Participate in key talent initiatives, including Learning and Development and Employee Experience

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building capabilities, exceptional administrative skills, and a quick adaptability to new systems.

  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Internal Recruitment
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently
